In her new book, Not in Kansas Anymore, journalist Christine Wicker probes the dark and often unmentioned (though surprisingly widespread) world of magic in the United States.  While most of the media spotlight is on the levels of more conventional religiosity in America, belief in magic and the supernatural is on the rise.
