If you were in Lindsay Lohan’s shoes, would you be worried about coming back to Los Angeles to face the consequences of a possible parole violation?
Well, Lohan isn’t looking forward to it, but she’s not overly distressed because she feels that she’s in the right, according to a family source.
“She’s not accepting responsibility for this — she doesn’t think it’s her fault in any way that she wasn’t in court this morning,” said a Lohan source.
To that end, Lohan told Us Weekly via e-mail Thursday afternoon that her father, Michael Lohan, arranged to have her passport stolen. “I always said my father had someone do it,” she wrote.
“Lindsay always thinks that there’s just been a big misunderstanding, and at the end of the day, she’s not to blame,” said the source. “It’s sad. She’s got a lot of potential, but she’s just always gotten her way and gotten more chances. She doesn’t understand that rules apply to her.”
Heigl talks about daughter’s heart condition
When Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelly adopted their baby daughter, Naleigh, from Korea, Heigl described her as having special needs, but didn’t go into detail. She recently talked to Harper’s Bazaar magazine about the heart condition Naleigh had.
“Her heart is 100 percent fine now,” Heigl told the magazine. “She has a scar, so she won’t be wearing bikinis, which is fine by us. A lot of children don’t find forever homes because they’re on that special-needs list, even if it’s because of something as simple as her mother smoked cigarettes for a month not knowing she was pregnant.”
She also talked to Harper's about keeping her baby fashionable. It’s not easy, apparently.
“Dude, I try, but I‘m not nailing the baby fashion,” Heigl said. “It’s intimidating. I get beautiful outfits from Gap and Baby Juicy, but I'm not layering it or putting her in Prada flats. It's really stressing me out.”
No ‘Housewives’ cameras with Salahis
When Michaele and Tareq Salahi were stopped near the White House Wednesday night, rumors that the stop could be in some way related to the “Real Housewives of D.C.” began immediately.
As it turns out, there was a television producer with the couple, but it was a producer for “Inside Edition,” which ran a piece on the couple Thursday night.

Cooper kicks 'Human Barbie' off show
As to the Salahis' future with “Real Housewives,” Bravo still hasn't announced the official cast, and there’s still no airdate for the Washington iteration of the franchise.
The Salahis are slated to appear on NBC's show TODAY on May 25 — an appearance scheduled before Wednesday night's incident.
Ogre will pound ‘Iron Man 2’
This weekend expect “Iron Man 2” to finally drop out of the No. 1 spot. What will take its place? “Shrek Forever After,” which is opening wide in more than 4,000 theaters.
Even though the film had a tepid premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival, expect the jolly green guy to ring about $100 million in tickets over the weekend.
There’s also “MacGruber,” the film based on the “Saturday Night Live” sketch of the same name. Sketch-based films sometimes do well (“Wayne’s World,” anyone?) and “MacGruber” is opening in 2,400 theaters and is a good counterprogramming option against the kids’ stuff. (“SNL” creator Lorne Michaels has described “MacGruber” as being rated a “hard R.”) It won’t break any records, but it should do OK.
