Sandra Bullock, Jesse James set to marry?

To wed or not to wed? That is the question.

And currently, that is the question surrounding actress Sandra Bullock, 40, and her beau — "Monster Garage" stud Jesse James, 35.

The cover of the new Us Weekly boasts a picture of Bullock with the words "Sandra's Surprise Wedding," and suggests the two are ready to tie the knot after dating for a little over a year.

However, in a statement released to Access Hollywood, a spokesperson for Bullock says the reports of the impending nuptials are "absolutely not true" and that Sandra has no plans to get married.

The article even goes as far as to give the date and place of the wedding — July 16 in Santa Barbara, California.

Additionally, Us reports that Sandra's sister visited a Los Angeles bakery to commission them to make the wedding cake.

But the real story?

Sandra's sister is a pastry chef and visited the bakers to inquire about renting a space to open up her own business.

Some of Bullock's past romances have included actors Tate Donovan, Ryan Gosling and Matthew McConaughey. James was married to adult film star Janine Lindemulder from 2002-2004.

Sandra and Jesse met in December 2003.
